Damaged earbud and case lid is loose not what I expected but hey atleast I can hear music out of both of them

They don’t work all the time. They don’t have apple care or warranty to we’re they cover them getting stolen or lost. They were also hard to find and buy it was a hassle!

As a music enthusiast headphones are probably my most used tech product (aside from my phone) it took me quite some time to jump on board the Airpods band wagon but I have zero regrets. If you are on the fence and debating if it’s worth it read below I have broken it down as simple as possible to tell you why it’s worth all the fuss. Design and Comfort: Apple’s style is very distinctive and if you have even owned any apple product you know everything they design is slick and easy to carry. They fit anywhere and come in their own little charging case to keep them fully charged. The airpods themselves fit easily within your ears despite the shape of your ear canal. I was a bit hesitant at first if they were good throughout a full work but I have used these while doing a high intensity spinning class and while doing HIIT workouts and they remain safe and secure within my ears without falling out. Aside from the fact that they remain within my ear they also cause no discomfort even during long listening periods. In fact they are so comfortable I use them to talk over the phone in order to be hands free. If you ask me they nailed it. Sound Quality: By far the number one reason you purchase headphones is if the sound quality is worth it. I will tell you the rest of the wireless headphones have some competition because the sound is quite impressive. The bass sounds great without overpowering the song during a workout and gives a crisp sound while listening to podcast. Connectivity: Apple has made syncing your aipods straight out of the box to your phone the easiest process ever. Simply open the Airpods case next to your phone and select the option on your screen to pair them. 1, 2, 3 and you are good to go. Each time you put an airpod in your ear it automatically connects and plays whatever you are listening to on your phone. In addition to that they also automatically disconnect when you take them off which personally is my favorite feature. It’s so simple you will wonder why isn’t everything as simple as this. Final Verdict: There are no negative reviews or bad experiences I have had with these. I highly recommend going into the store and taking a peak for yourself but you will not be disappointed with your purchase. They are an everyday for every type of use headphones.

My headphones broke already, am gonna return it when I get a chance.

Accidentally dropped one of my AirPods for the first time & it fell & cracked now it doesn’t work.. it was the first time dropping it too. Never had any problems buying from Best Buy so I’m extremely disappointed since this was a pretty pricy item.

I purchased the Apple AirPods from Best Buy 4 years ago, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! The sound quality is outstanding, providing crisp and clear audio for both music and calls. The seamless integration with my iPhone is a huge plus, making it incredibly easy to connect and switch between devices. The battery life is impressive, lasting me through a full day of use without needing a recharge. The compact and sleek design of the charging case makes it convenient to carry around. Overall, the Air Pods became the industry standard for wireless earbuds ever since they came out. Apple did it and everyone else followed. With that said, I appreciated the size of them, (about the size of a flip lighter) which can fit very easily in any pocket. They are light enough that you can't even feel them sometimes. As far as durability goes, I can't really say much on it because I haven't had them for very long, but I'm hoping they last at least a couple of years. The sound is decent for how small they are, I'm sure there might be better sounding ear buds out there but for how small and compact they are they sound nice. The big thing about these is the fit and that's not really anything to do with the product since everyone's ear canal is shaped differently. For me personally they fit OK, I wish they would fit just a bit more secure and snug, but overall I haven't had an issue with them falling out (which is what a lot of people ALWAYS ask). When you put them on, it is easy to forget you have them on and being wireless is REALLY nice. The last thing I want to mention is battery life, which is fairly decent and you can get a couple of hours out of them; usually about two to three hours of continuous listening. Charging both the earbuds and the case is SUPER fast in my opinion, it doesn't take long at all. Overall, greatly satisfied and truly worth every penny.

I physically own the Airpods and have had them since release. They are superb piece of technology. I have been using bluetooth headphones for last 3–4 years now for both my iphone and macbooks at home and work. Its always been a pain to disconnect the blueooth and reconnect on another device. This is one area Apple has so successfully managed to crack with the W1 Chip in the Airpods. The amount of technology you receive in the Airpods is phenomenal! Just check a youtube video of a breakdown of the Airpods you will be Shocked as to how much apple has literally squashed into the Airpod. The bluetooth range on these are so much better then general bluetooth headphones that i have tried! I also own Bragi’s Dash headphones, and they pale in comparison. The sound quality is top notch, it has been highly improved on since the EarPods that apple give free with all iPhones. Sound is much clearer, better base, and now im hearing instruments that i couldn't hear before with my other bluetooth headsets. Ease of use and pairing, i will say once again is the true winner here. I listen to my iPhone on the way to work with both Airpods in. When i reach my macbook at work, i simply remove one Airpod from my ear so that i can listen around me, and connect the other one in my ear to my macbook. Its so convenient. Before i had to have the other side dangling down my back or front, and the wire was always getting in the way. The battery life is phenomenal, 5 hours on a single charge, 24 hours in the case and you can do a quick charge in a few minutes to listen again for over an hour. The Airpods are a solid fit! They will not fall out while walking, running, jumping etc…. The only way for them to fall out is if someone brushed something against them to knock them out of your ear. The only few negatives i can think of and requirements for future improvements is having noise cancellation (although it does a good job already for blocking out noise, its still not noise cancelling at the moment). And proper gesture controls on the airpod for changing volume and changing tracks. Ideally also loosing the antenna tail would definitely help with improving the design also. Although in person they look great and not as bad as when i first saw them release at WWDC on tv.

Unfortunately the store didn’t have the newer model available and steered us toward this (older) model. They hurt my ears and now after only using several times over past few months

Mine stopped working there very first year I had them, I took very good care of them while i had them . Carried them everywhere I want in their little case. Cleaned them nicely with q-tips. Charged them after every use,

I swear it's not only for the looks you get but the stereotypical "I can afford AirPods" appearance will definitely attract similar individuals with "electric-toothbrush-head-looking" earphones hanging from your ears. But in all seriousness, if you're in the Apple ecosystem (have iPhone, iPad, MacBook, etc.), this is the most convenient, truly wireless, smallest package you can get. Cons: -Sound quality is only as good as the EarPods that come with your older iPhones. No bass, and not much volume. -Only good for Apple devices, pairing through android devices require additional setup in the Bluetooth settings. -Kind of obnoxious -Can be lost easily if they do not fit snug in your ears -Price is high -No water resistance or IP rating (be careful to dry them off if you plan on using these for the gym!) Pros: -Very light and easy to travel with -Seamless pairing with Apple devices (switching across Apple devices is easy too) -Battery life is great (I'm averaging 1.5-2 days on a full charge) -This version has no wireless charging capability (charges only with lightning cable) , but you can upgrade to the $179 for that -Decent build quality-both case and AirPods themselves I really hesitated on this one but after I tested a friend's, I was convinced that the device integration is too great to pass up.

The item is lightweight and fit in to my ear. It is comfortable to wear and provide a good sound quality. It is easy to connect to my mobile and have a long battery life.

Just a note: This is the second pair of these I've purchased. I dropped one down an elevator shaft and immediately went and picked up another pair from Best Buy. If that doesn't tell you how much I love these little guys, read on. I use my AirPods every single day for several hours on end. I listen to music, audiobooks, and podcasts while I work, and these are excellent for any type of application you can think of. I generally use them one at a time so that I can hear everything that's going on around me. Now, that said, these are not audiophile level equipment, but the sound is very pleasing and have enough bass for music and movies. I would say that the overall sound quality is very good, and any small deficiencies in sound are made up for by the quality and ease of use. I have to answer the phone at work intermittently throughout the day, and the beauty of the AirPods is that the moment I remove it from my ear whatever I'm listening to is automatically paused. Once I put it back in I can double-tap the side of the earbud and whatever I'm listening to resumes. In closing, I cannot recommend these highly enough. They sound great, they stay in your ears even if you shake your head all over the place, the battery life is great, they pair with your phone almost instantly. You can use them with your iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, just about anything that plays sound and can pair with bluetooth.
