Very easy to connect to any blue tooth device. If you are thinking about using this while exercising I would suggest buying the attachment to loop around your ears as well.

The quality of sound is great, and as a big time fitness trainer, I move around so much and was cautious of how the earbuds would stay in my ears. Being someone with small ears as well, I was expecting the worse. I was pleasantly surprised to try them on and have them be such a perfect fit, and I’ve not had them fall off or even feel loose as I workout! Being able to work and move and still have my hands free has been great, and I highly recommend!
