Bought this as a gift. Turns out it was not needed and tried to return it 22 days later, past the 15th day return period. It was unopened with the original wrapping untouched and ready to go right back on the shelf. Best Buy was not flexible about allowing a refund or store credit. Though I understand the policy is just a 15 day period I was disappointed and a bit annoyed that the salesperson kept repeating himself and couldn’t find a way to be more responsive. Lesson learned was not to buy from Best Buy but instead choose a vendor with a more flexible return policy and customer service.

Bought them for me, but gave them to my daughter since she is doing excellent in school!!!!! Bought them on sale for $99.00 bucks!!!!

Bought these for my husband for Christmas 2021 and they worked great. I’m not recommending to try it but even worked great after they went through the washer and dryer.

This was a Christmas gift for my 12 year old just wanted to see how he cared for h HR em. Bring an older version they have held up great. He loves them

Product worked well at start and seamlessly connected to either my Mac or iPhone. However, after a couple of weeks it seemed like one or the other ear bud would connect somewhat randomly. Also, I started experiencing quite a bit of interruption to the signal, sometimes improving in time and sometimes not. Decided to go back wired.

Everyone has these. My daughter wanted these for Christmas. I thought of no other place than Best Buy to ensure I was purchasing quality! They are great, work well, shipping was fast, my baby girl is happy and that makes me happy. Thank you Best Buy!

I got before the airpods 3rd gen, and they were to big for my ears. But this 2nd gen airpods worth the money!

Love these headphones. Just hard to hold on to. They come up missing all the time.

If you weren't sure about Airpods, these are a better version of an existing product. The only negative is activating Siri through the airpods is awkward, but that will probably get fixed in a future update.

Exactly for what it’s for ! I don’t like the newer versions of the AirPods and these are the only ones I love !

Apples headphones are good wireless headphones, just a little expensive though for what they offer I guess.
