    I received my 2nd generation AirPods and from the first time of use I noticed a buzzing/ringing in the right and then left headphone. And just today the right AirPod won’t connect or turn on at all. When I connected to Bluetooth after charging I put both in and noticed only the left one was working. I took them both out places them back in the case turned off the Bluetooth and tried again multiple times with no luck. I’m not sure of the process to get a new pair but I will be seeking that out after the Easter holiday. I love Apple products and use them exclusively. Probably just a small defect of a new gen of product. It happens. My view of Best Buy and or Apple inc haven’t changed. Thank you

    Bought these for my son and he is using them a ton, likes to shoot hoops and the driveway with them on and great to not have the long cords swinging around. Only down side is the connection to his phone skips from time to time, but overall very good.
