Other than that I enjoy them. Sound quality is great and they are easy to carry anywhere compared to my wireless beats.

Easy to sync with my phone/Tv. The only negative is the charging case doesn’t seem to last that long before having to recharge it. Other than that I’m happy with my purchase.

She was thrilled to get them for her 73rd Birthday, even though Best Buy made her 'other brand' functional under Best Buy Total. She feels these are a step above and I can now track her Airpod location if necessary.
