She loves them and uses them all the time. She has let my other daughters borrow and they love them as well! The charging case is a great idea. Apparently, the headphones last five hours of talk time for a charge, but the case has a back up battery that will last up to 24 hours of talk time. At least that’s how I understand it. The sales rep at Best Buy told me that he only charges his once every two weeks!
