These are better in almost every way than the first generation of APs. As a long time user (3.5 years) of the the original APs, I can say that these are even more indispensable. The battery life is longer, they (and the case) charge faster, they are louder and somehow more clear than the originals, they even pair/connect faster and more reliably than my old AP. The wireless charging capability is a nice bonus, and make it that much easier to take em and go.

Good sound quality and fast charging. I got these on sale so I was happy with the price I paid. Unfortunately they only hold about a 3 hour charge but I love how easy they are to use and pair with my iPhone

Good sound quality, quick pairing to my iPhone, no dropped calls, charging case is really small and portable. Battery life is great, I haven’t had them drain while listening to music. Best thing about them Is each ear bud independently paired to phone so you can use either left or right by itself.

These air pods have surprisingly good battery life and are really comfortable to wear. I primarily use my air pods during work. So probably 5-8 hours a work day. I use them intermittently due to having to interact with my coworkers. I charge them every time I have to give someone my attention. As a result of that I've never ran out of battery life in a single day. I also find them extremely comfortable, like I forget they are even there sometimes if I paused my audiobook. While I don't exercise with them, I haven't had one fall out yet during regular use. But I am cautious enough to not use them around water as I fear they might fall out and be damaged in such circumstances. As to regards about sound quality, I find them good for my purposes. Listening to podcasts and audiobooks in standard quality. I have decent headphones at home if I want an audiophile experience with high quality audio formats especially with music, games, and shows. But the air pods don't necessarily sound terrible. They are just a little annoying to pair between my iphone and pc back and forth. (Not a fan of Macs, sorry apple crowd)

Beauties. The only wireless that I buy. They fit my ear just right, so buy the Apple wired classic earbuds before you make this jump, so that you can see if you will like the fit. They have lasted me over 2 years now. Battery still lasts me 4 hours and I use them daily (1st gen did not last me 4 hours after 2 years). Gym-friendly, sounds lasts, and don't fall if you like the fit.

As a daily user, I've stuck with my AirPods 2nd gen because they just work. They fit snugly, the sound is clear enough for my music and calls, and they connect to my iPhone without a hitch. Sure, they don't block out noise like the fancy new ones, but for the price and comfort, I'm not looking to upgrade anytime soon.

always love my airpods. I can listen to music and lay down on my side because this fits well in my ear and doesnt bulge out! The music is clear and doesnt run out of battery quick but when it dies, it charges super fast within less than 10 minutes of being fully charged again!

I’ve been loving these headphones since I got them 4 months ago. They would connect easily, they charge fast and are very comfortable. The sound is good, not great, but I mostly listen to podcasts and using them for calls so it hasn’t been an issue. If I was listening to more music, I might have to search for something with a little better sound quality for the same price. Like I said, they were great for the first 4 months but now they have started glitching. The right earbud was not connecting easily anymore for the last week or so and today it started dropping the connection to the phone while I was on work related calls. A real problem when you are in sales. I really don’t want to pay for a new set and will probably see if I can get by with only one at least till after the holidays. I usually only use one at a time (podcasts) and keep the other in the charger to swap out. They charge really fast so I’ve never had a problem with the battery life. That will be a challenge now. I’m very disappointed because everything I was worried about, loosing one or both, not holding charge, fit... were not issues yet I’m still looking at replacing them. Hopefully I just got a bad set, if it happens again I won’t replace them with the same product.

Easy, sounds good enough, works perfectly with the eco system. There are so many little benefits to using AirPods. They connect easily between all your apple stuff, you can share audio with them easily and they sound good enough. I'm a real head phone snob, but if I had to only pick one thing to put on/in my ears, it'd be these. The extra convenience and features that you get when you've got a lot of other apple stuff. They may not sound like $1000+ electrostats, but I can pop open that case and instantly take a call, listen to a video, go for a run, finish and audio book while doing some chores, without worrying about juggling bluetooth settings, re-pairing, finding a battery or adapter. They just freakin' work.

Simply said, the AirPods do everything well. My major concern prior to purchase was what to expect with the fit being that I could never get the included with iPhone apple EarPods to stay put. My mind was put to ease one hour in after receiving and conducting a number of over the top movements to ensure the AirPods would stay put. utilizing for phone calls was as simple as possible with one click gestures on the pods to answer and end calls. Activating Siri to assist with making calls was as simple as possible as well. Commands are heard and carried out seamlessly. No complaints either from callers on the distant end from hearing me clearly. The sound is good for what you pay for. If looking for more bass, the AirPods Pros or PowerBeats Pro might be more suited for you, but for normal listening, especially podcasts and youtube reviews, these handle the task flawlessly. All in all, i'd strongly recommend.

I purchased these as a surprise for my daughter. They’re a nice fit for her ears, with all kinds of activity, running, dancing, and just normal teenage moving around, they have yet to fall out. Now, this may not be the case for everyone, but there are silicone adapters that just slip on and off for reasonable prices you can get online to help with that. My daughter didn’t want the AirPod Pros, (she didn’t like the way they looked), so I was curious about the sound quality. I needn’t have worried. Sound is great, good bass, good mid and high range as well. They stay charged for a while too. Very easy to pair with your device, we’ve paired it to her iPhone, as well as a Samsung tv just to see how that would go. Very happy.

They are worth every penny! I had lost mine back in May and thought I would be okay buying different kinds of airbuds and headphones (yes I bought both)…. But I came back to them. I don’t regret it. Sound quality is amazing, the battery holds for a long time and they’re compact.

5 stars for it's integration with other Apple products, ease of use, and portability. Sound quality is average to good for music, but it's clarity in phone calls for both sides of the call is quite good. Also, these are one of the few viable products that don't need to squish and expand into your ear canal, which is good since some folks don't react to well to the materials constantly being shoved into the outer ear canal. Pros: Ease of use Apple integration Portability Fit is good for long hours due to the lack of irritation in the outer ear canal. Call clarity. The same or better than the ubiquitous Apple Ear Pods, which were good at call quality as well. Cons: Average to good music quality. (No hissing, no poor traits, just not a standout). Value considering other products, and replacement cost for lost Pods, not much use to those without Apple products.

The sound quality is good. They stay charged for a good while I only have to charge them once a week. They are the second gen so they are not padded and hurt my ears after having them in for a while. I use them a lot to clean and just relax my mind and u used them at work a lot too.

Look, these aren't something you NEED, they are something you want. Sound is good. They don't fall out of my ears. But the best part is the lack of wires. I can work out in yard, etc and not rip a bud out of my ear. Surprisingly good battery life as well
