Pairing, and ease of use are the main things going for these AirPods. They don’t switch from my iPad to iPhone seamlessly.

So glad I purchased these for my wife. Unfortunately, the dangling wires from her old earbuds gave her an outdated, less-than-professional look when out in public. She's soooo happy.

I purchased these Airpods for my grandson as his Valentine's Day gift. He loves them. Every time I talk with him, he has them in his ears. At this point, there are no complaints to share. Thank you Best Buy for actually having them on sale at the time of purchase.

They’re AirPods. You can’t go wrong with AirPods. I dog the customizable tap control on them the most.

Costly. User friendly. Can hear very clearly. But it hurts my ear after 15mins of use.

Purchased 12/22/2019 Right air pod suddenly stopped working, then left air pod stopped working less than a month of purchasing, have to keep reconnecting, as well as case connectivity issues. Then a name was already attached to the airpods which they were unable to be named or attached as the owner, which leads to belief that they may have been refurbished and packaged as new. Best Buy could have received them that way. Never dropped, no water damage, it seems to be a manufacturing defected product or maybe a refurbished product. Doesn't look good coming from Apple being sold by Best Buy. I truly expected more of the product as well as the retailer. Truly disappointed.

Works great with ios and also tried on Windows 10 for teams meetings, works flawlessly for longer meetings.

Bought these for my granddaughters birthday and she absolutely loves. Great price too!!!!

They didn’t last as long as I would have liked. One side you can barely hear out of now. Battery life depletes pretty quickly now as well but I probably use them a lot more than the average person. My right ear constantly pops now because of them and the same thing happened to my friend. Not sure what long term damage they are doing. I would buy them again but recommend limiting the amount of time they’re in your ear per day.

Good headphones but I suggest the AirPods Pro because there better

I give it to my boyfriend as a birthday gift and he love them he said they’re really comfortable to use at work and at the gym

Work great, beyond my expectations. First time using wireless and they are great.

The earbuds are fine, but I don’t know why there is not a cover or other way to attach these to something bigger. The first thing I did was buy a cover with a caribiner clip. I have heard about people losing these both individually and in the case.

Good quality in sound and mic, it is hard to do exercise with then because they fall off

have tried several AirPods but these are the best I have used. Really like the charging case and it lets you know when they need charging and when they are charged.
