Airpods are great, but I prefer the pro model as they fit the ear better

no problems with them. purchased for my daughter who preferred these over the pros because of how they fit in her ears. volume is a little lower then i would like but enough for her.

This my second pair of iPods and I had to purchase these because I lost my 1st pair and I was upon set so I got the same ones and they are great. It just sometimes its hard to have in you ear walking around and people thing you are talking to yourself.

Good overall earbuds. Same as any other wireless ones out there only these ones say Apple

I have now bought 3 pair of AirPods and at this point, I am done. Every time, they have made it just over a year and one of the earbuds just dies and cannot be fixed unless it is taken to the store to pay for the repair in which they just send me a new earbud for the one that was fixed. I bought a pair in September 2022, lasted until December 2023 in which the left ear bud just stopped working. Had Geek Squad repair it, after spending the $40 to repair, and now 8 months later, it is broken again in the same ear bud that they replaced. Not worth the price

I like them, but think the pro is best for me. They stay in my ear, but if I sweat that is it.

Air pod has good audio quality & different models to choose.

ordered it to be picked up but after 3 hours they declined my order. I ordered airpods again in the evening and they arrived the next day at noon! Really fast shipping, airpods came nice and I loved their service. Thank you BestBuy.

Tough time trying to connect to microsoft product. Connected hassle-free to apple products

Works as it’s supposed to. Connects easily with my smart watch (not Apple) and my IPhone.

Second pair. I lost one and washed one so I had to buy a second pair. I rather wear AirPods then connecting to the car. I have gotten so use to them even moving around in the house.

Great product.. Easy to use .. but a bit more than I would like to pay for a 12 yo who loses everything

4th Pair that we have bought for either personal use or gifts. All AirPods have been good additions to our Apple devices. Have found some minor glitches like one of the two AirPods not pairing, but this is an infrequent occurance.

We purchased these for my daughter, because she wanted to be like her cousins, and she loves them. We purchased some "fake" ones to begin with, but they did not fit in her ears very well, so we decided to invest in the official AirPods. Glad we did!
