I have an older set of airpods but this set has been nothing but trouble. Apple did replace one bud twice and then the whole set. After they replaced the whole set they worked great but it was a lot of hassle and a lot of waiting. They didn't have the replacements bud in when they only replaced one so we had to go on a waiting list. In the end it worked out.

Great product! I use my AirPods all the time to listen to music and use hands free calling. They also are great for reducing background noise when listening to music and talking on the phone.

Gave as a gift for the holidays and she still finds new abilities they can do with an iphone 11. She always wears them now, calls, netflix, video calls, music, gym. Forgets they're in her ears now they're that comfortable.

Sound quality is great. Only complaint is that they hurt my ears after having them in for a while.

Value for money, easy to handle and excellent voice wuality

The AirPods don’t really fall off that much, only downfall is that they are easy to lose

I have not used the airpods as much as I should. I bought them to use at work but of course they do not fit my ear correctly and fall right off! I use “Wax parafilm” to wrap the ear pieces and they stay on my ear. They do sound good when they stay on. I will buy the airpod pros during Black Friday deals, they look they will stay in my ears better.

They’re very easy and comfortable to use my brother loves them and uses them daily

I was skeptical about purchasing these because I wasn’t a fan of the corded earbuds. I was surprised that they don’t bother me when they’re in my ear. I was told prior to purchasing that they don’t stay charged long, so I just use one at a time which works out fine because I normally only have one earpiece in at a time anyway. I haven’t had an issue with being able to use one when I need to. Overall I’m happy with my purchase.

Great product just quite expensive for the price but very easy to use and gets a lot of battery life
