Fully functional and my grandson keeps them in use, good purchase.

I’m very happy with Best Buy’s service but the right AirPod stopped working after 2.5 weeks. We took them back to Best Buy to be exchanged but now have to schedule an appointment with the Geek Squad to run diagnostics. I would have gave a 5/5 if they both worked properly, as they are pretty awesome.

I bought these for my niece’s birthday. She loves them and uses them every day. I tried them and they seem to work well. I don’t know of any issues.

Great sound but do not stay in ears when running. Otherwise good buy.

My son saved up his money to purchase these Air Pods. He was very happy to get to know them, however, they seemed to not connect properly. We tried to figure it out but decided not to continue. Instead, thank goodness I purchased the warranty, we visited our local Best Buy store. The staff there was very helpful and provided us with a quick exchange. Since then, his AirPods work fine.

I have gone through several pairs of wired Apple ear pods and they all eventually stopped working due to the cord. I was hesitant to get these because I don't like the way they look, but I'm happy I made the switch!

I brought this for my teenagers they really like these good quality.

I bought these for my daughter recently as she had been wanting them for some time. She loves them! The ear buds have nice special features such as being able to skip songs and playing songs over again. Excellent purchase

Picked up a new set for my son who doesn't like the newer versions.

Quality is great I would recommend getting the insurance just in case you drop them

Easy to use. Hurts the ear after 2 hours of usage. Overall a good product.

This is My Daughter's 2nd Favorite Thing after the iPad & phone. She was ecstatic to received them and we have had no issues since purchase. A1 apple product. Wish I would do it for myself but too afraid to lose them!

Not that much of a fan, Needed wireless headphones. Too often, even though I’m not using them that much, it seems like someone can’t hear me and I just end up taking them out. Also weird feeling when they’re in my ear and I’m technically not using them, idk how ppl keep them in all day.
