I’ve been very careful with them, but after just two weeks the right AirPod just started cutting out after a few minutes. It won’t connect or turn on again until both were back on the case and disconnected from my phone. Even when it’s all fully charged. So most of the time I can’t even use it. Regardless, they sound fine when they’re both working, and they’re convenient. But it’s disappointing and frustrating that it’s already broken! And I know it wasn’t my fault. I’d say they’re not worth the hype, but they aren't bad.

Loving these! Definitely recommend, and I got super cute case for them!

I love my purchase. I also loved the fact that best buy had them ready for me within hours for curbside pickup.

They work great! Once you get use to your Apple AirPods you don’t want to speak or watch videos without them

Worth the money in lots of respects ie. compact, no tangles, can’t be accidentally yanked out by the cord but sometimes one or both headphones won’t pair or disconnects

I honestly do't see what the big hoopla is with Apple. These airpods are just ok as far as I'm concerned. I don't like to styling of the earpiece so I had to buy caps that go over them so that they fit better in my ear. I was wearing them while out shopping a few days after I bought them a one just popped right out of my ear! It would've taken me a while to notice this and I would have lost the pod except for a (very nice) lady calling to me, as I was crossing the parking lot, and telling me that it was on the ground! Please note that I'me reviewing the pods and not the service that I got from Best Buys! Those guys are great!

Love my AirPods. Second pair I've owned after I wore the first pair out. Another great Apple product.

Overall this is a really good product. For the price you are getting a pair of really good true wireless earbuds. Only problem I would have is that the case can get scratched very easily and I recommend also buying a case.

I bought these for my mom as a birthday present and she loves them! She told me it’s her favorite gift.

Got them in new packaging. Clean new looking. Sound quality good. Only problem when trying to call and hear and talk right head phone sounded like a crumpling chip bag. Had to return.

love the airpods especially the range .i get the reception all over the house even if the phone is left at the basement
