It was easy to go carry item for the earbuds with complete in one. Also better than wired headphones. Also the outstanding customer service in Best Buy was the best of all.

Before I got these AirPods, I had just bought the latest version of JLab Air Icons because the reviews were so great- with a very affordable price. Mistake! When I reviewed the JLabs I was still on the fence but giving them a chance. No matter which size of the cusions/sleeves I used-- they were always uncomfortable in my small ears and I couldn't even use with phone calls because of echo/muffled sound. I decided to return them when I saw the first gen Airpods on sale at Best Buy. The reason I didn't go right to AirPods was because of the price- I've always thought it pretentious and unnecessary of Apple to charge so much for their products! But truth is, they make good products and I love these AirPods! They fit like traditional Apple earbuds which have always been comfortable for me. So I finally have wireless earbuds that are comfortable and I am actually using! The only drawback is it's not great quality while using with phone calls. There's a sort of hollow sound, but they do work and work better on the phone than the JLabs did, therefor I'm giving them an Excellent for Quality. So... I'm happy with these pretentious costly little things!!

I love the Airpods. Very convenient, love not have a cord or cords in the way, nothing around my neck. It's a smooth look also. They hold a charge. It's great being able to locate them from you phone.

Best Buy is always easy to deal with and these integrated with my iPhone and new Ipad. Works great and sound great as well. They are like all Apple products a bit pricey.

Wanted these AirPods for so long! Finally got them as a birthday gift and I’m in love. Sound is perfect, calls are clear and they stay in place. Wish they came in different colors tho!

I love these air pods they stay in my ears while running and sweating. Sounds is great. One thing that would be great is to be able to turn up or down the volume on them without having to use your phone.

They work perfectly out of the box and connect easily to all my devices. Love the fact that they have a long battery life and are crystal clear in conversations and listening to video conferencing.

Replaced the pair I had before. They are the only ones that will fit firmly in my ears and the sound is really good with my iPhone.

Bought these for my kids for Christmas. I already have them for myself and love then. Kids were so excited to have them. Hold a good charge and the case keeps them charged up. Quality product.
