Great sound quality; better than expected. Wasn't sure if they would be worth the investment. Charging case works great; and they do not fall out of your ears.

Love these things! They’re great for hands-free and no wires to get tangled in. They last for hours and charge super quickly when needed.

Very pleased with my re-purchase of the airpods 2nd generation. I originally had a pair a few years back, yet sadly lost them. Then finally decided it was time to re-purchase. I went to my local Best Buy (Riverpark location) and was helped by Eric. He was very friendly, and effectively prompted me through out the purchase. His help is/was greatly appreciated, I was in/out in no time, as well as all of my questions being answered !

These headphones sync easily to my iPhone and iPad. They also sync to my other non-Apple devices. The sound is clear and crisp. They’re light weight and quickly charge in the case.

Love how easy to pair to iPhone, quality is amazing with good base and can get loud when needed! Case has a charge so the case and the bids charge so convenient!

I like the Airpods very good sound and the charge is good

I love using these airpods and not sure why I did not get them sooner. Travel well. Used during 6 hours training sessions working remotely and holds a charge well.

I'm not one to buy from Apple, but you can't deny the quality of these wireless earbuds. It has great sound and excellent battery life. So far, phone calls work great too. My only gripe is that I wish it had the capability to use one earbud at a time. You have to have both out of the charging case enable to use. Lame.

Apple hit a homer with the noise cancelling feature. They are very comfortable. They charge really fast. I have to charge the charging case every 4 or 5 days.

The earphones are very nice. The music is very clear but it lacks bass. Very easy to use and to connect with Bluetooth. Phone call are very clear. Setting are very simple just by tapping on earphones you can turn them off or change song. Charging the base is very fast and it holds a good charge for several recharge of earphones.

The Apple AirPods are very accessible and are easy to connect to via Bluetooth. It is very easy to change between two devices. Quality is good and is comfortable in the ear.

These are great! My daughter bought them with Christmas money and she loves them. I tried them out and they sound good and the charge lasts as expected.

Pros: -very easy to connect with iPhone - unbelievably easy to remove from case and place in ears -good sound quality for phone calls both listening and how others hear you -small case easy to carry in my pocket -very comfortable to wear for long periods -Good battery life, fast recharging Cons: -mediocre sound quality for music. -not useable in areas with background noise such as subway, bus or walking on downtown streets. Cannot hear at all even at full volume -I purchased a set of Sony WF-1000xm3 For commuting and for listening to music. -They fall out of my ears often. Lost one earbud on windy day when it fell out and dropped into a sewer grate Summary: I use them almost exclusively as my iphone hands free headset. They are perfect for phone calls as you can take out of case, put in your ear and answer call in approximately 2 rings.
