They will be used while walking and exercising so to not have to hold the phone. They work great for cancelling out noises and music and hearing through them is excellent. I would highly recommend these. I recommend these for all ages.

Just a few tweaks to the audio settings and boom you’ll feel like you have the newest set of AirPods Pro’s. There a great fit. “If they don’t you probably need to clean your ears.” But their all around amazing.
