Very convenient and easy to carry. No wires getting tangled. But sometimes it stops when you’re using it. Like a radio with bad frequency.

It’s good for office work , multitasking when you need your hands ! But .... there’s always a but !!! Physical work out doesn’t not work !!! So people if your a person that hits the gym ... this headphone are not for you ! The minute you sweat the headphones are gonna slip off

Difficult to connect to non-apple device and once connected it only stays connected for a certain amount of time then disconnects and then the difficulty connecting happens once again and this is the cycle that continues if you are using them with a device that isn’t apple. They work good with my iPhone on the other hand. They do hurt my ears after having them in a while as well, this may just be due to them being hard plastic.

They are really good and last a long time I recommend buying the 2nd generation airpods

These are great earbuds for sure. Super easy to connect and always work very well. A bit bulky but overall worth it.

I absolutely love my airpods. Never realized what I was missing. I appreciate Allyson's at Destin Best Buy honestly with my questions also. She made my experience above and beyond my expectations. This isn't the only thing I purchased.

Gift for my daughter. She never takes them off. So either they are a ten star or they have attached to her ear and she is afraid to tell me.

Hard to beat the quality of Apple products. I have tried other accessories, but alway come back to Apple for solid performance and dependablity.

When I bought them the right one didn’t work so I had to exchange them. Only problem with that is that it means I can’t exchange them or do anything with them at CS beyond that point because I already “exchanged” them once

These work great and I was unsure to get these or the newer version but these worked just fine.

best headphones out right now. i personally don’t like the pros because of how they fit in my ear. definitely prefer these anyday.

Got these for my mom for Christmas. She’s not very technologically advanced. She loves them, and thinks they are the coolest. Set up was a cinch. Opened the box, and they paired to her phone, and stayed paired. No issues at all. Works great

Super easy to charge ! I like how lightweight they are. The size of them don’t bother my ears at all !
