Great for iOS/Mac, Terrible for Android

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these after my first-generation AirPods started dying (after there years of near-constant use), but unfortunately these weren't nearly as good. While the first-generation worked like any other bluetooth headphones with my Android phone (Pixel 4), this second generation must be using some different Bluetooth chip or communication protocol, because the volume was unreasonably quiet. Full volume on these was equivalent to 40-50% volume on the first generation, and it was actually unusable outside because even the sound of a car driving by would drown out the audio from my phone. Disappointed to see that Apple has made this change and provided no fix for users, so I returned these and bought the Samsung Galaxy Buds Live (the bean-shaped ones) instead. Very happy with those since.

Perfect for me

Unfortunately the first pair quit charging correctly. Not sure if it was the charger or the AirPods. They lasted several years.

Staffs were helpful and quick to exchange a new pair for use on the same trip. We love BestBuy and will be always loyal customers.

Apple AirPods Gen 2

Use everyday, on the golf range, walking the dogs. Sometimes they are a little hard to pair up, but it works. Don’t get frustrated. Don’t pass on these wireless head phones.
