Have really enjoyed these.. need new ones for my daughter

My daughter had Apple AirPods and lost them, since she really liked them these where to be a replacement for the lost set. However unfortunately these had to be returned as one of the ear pieces had static noise. I am in NY and due to Covid many stores are closed. I appreciated the fact that I was able to return the product by mail and get a refund. Once I receive the refund, even though this pair was defective I will repurchase.

Good sound but they have a tendency to fall out of my ears. Obviously, not everyone will have this issue.

no problems with them. purchased for my daughter who preferred these over the pros because of how they fit in her ears. volume is a little lower then i would like but enough for her.

They work great, which they should at this price point. Would have given it 5 stars, if it was priced lower.

I don't like the new generation airpods, these ones are perfect for me, I feel like the new ones would fall out of my ear.

I bought 2 , one for my wife and 1 for my 12 year daughter. They love them, to be honest I'm not a fan of the design but probably i'll give them a try. I think they are a bit expensive but Apple products are always top quality.

Love my new ear buds. Clarity and quality is excellent. So easy to use and recharging is a breeze.

Airpods are great, but I prefer the pro model as they fit the ear better

Air pod has good audio quality & different models to choose.

Really enjoying this product. I charge the case and use one pod at a time to conserve battery life.

I couldn’t wait to get my hands on these.I read all of the reviews on the Apple iPods after purchasing a iPhone 11a about a month ago.This purchase I know I had to make,And only the one place I had to make it was at Best Buy and I was not disappointed.

not for the gym unless you want to go through a few. But for everyday day use yes I recommend highly.

Bought this as a gift. Turns out it was not needed and tried to return it 22 days later, past the 15th day return period. It was unopened with the original wrapping untouched and ready to go right back on the shelf. Best Buy was not flexible about allowing a refund or store credit. Though I understand the policy is just a 15 day period I was disappointed and a bit annoyed that the salesperson kept repeating himself and couldn’t find a way to be more responsive. Lesson learned was not to buy from Best Buy but instead choose a vendor with a more flexible return policy and customer service.
