This is my 3rd pair of Airpods. Unfortunately, one pair was bought as a replacement for lost so no review is complete without a disclaimer that you have to hang onto them tightly. Unlike your Iphone once someone grabs them and resets them they are goners. My teenagers love these and aside from the lost device drama we are pleased with performance. We called customer service twice and got easy assistance. One time for help with the left speaker seeming more faint and another for a failed charger port. Both times Apple help was efficient and resolved our problems. I will leave the technical reviews to others but as far as customer satisfaction I can attest that my end users love the product. We are very satisfied with the product support.

Eat better than the 1st generation Air Pods and the battery last significantly longer.

These are the very best AirPods. The sound is impeccable! They are easy to put in my ears and when they are charged, they last a long time. Would highly recommend this brand. I have tried other brands and none beat these.

bought it as a gift. my cousin loves them. no more cables dangling and getting caught around your neck. battery last long enough to enjoy a good set of song from a playlist. calls are ok.

Got these for $69.99. These are better than the pros. There is a reason why Apple hasn’t discontinued this model but discontinued others they l manufactured after…….Pros fall out my air even with air wing tips. These are weighted much better. Apple blew it with the pros. The pros are shelved!!!

yes there are better or ones with more features but the Apple Airpods are about ease of use and a great luxury for their size and sound. If you need a pair of wireless for the gym or just on the go these work like a charm

This product works seamless with my phone making use easy and simple. The battery life is phenomenal and lasts all day even with intense use. I would recommend AirPods to anyone looking for true Bluetooth earbuds that are reliable.

I told myself I’d never buy a pair of AirPods, but now I can’t live without them! Excellent sound quality, extremely convenient case, and customization options aplenty with cases and other options. The only thing that makes for an unpleasant experience is the price - I’m extremely fortunate to have been able to purchase them, otherwise I may not have done so.

Battery life could be better but sound quality is good, easy to set up, and by far the most comfortable ear buds I've every worn. Pleasantly surprised to find they do stay in my ears just fine when I'm working out. Got a great price thanks to my Totaltech membership.
