Slips off my ears very easily

I have small ears so most of the earbuds on the market dont fit my ears and this one felt comfortable to use. But they slip off my ears, so I cannot ware them on walks or outside. I tried to put on anti slip covers but that doesnt help much. I dont use them as much I would like to.

My AirPod experience

Even with the top all messed up the airpods work and charge perfectly . I tend to loose stuff a lot so after knowing it can withstand being run over by 3 cars 3 seprate occasions has me back again trying to buy more tech.
