I took in to geek squad at Best Buy for repair it's going on 3 weeks i haven't heard anything. I have call a dozen times i get hung up on or I get no answer. I was told it shouldn't take no more then a week.

Too expensive

By February she was saying around was going in and out of one ear. Then when that stopped, one was always not as loud as the other. After only 2 months and spending over $150! Now her sister lost the case so she is not even using them anymore. Worked great at first but I have heard many people say same thing, sound changes after a couple months.
