(When talking on the phone the air pods continuously disconnect and connect from my earbuds) and also the earbuds slipping out of my ear is another thing( I’ve tried every size and still slipping out) if I could I would get my money back from these

Even after cleaning and bringing to best buy apple care geek squad, the issue remained. These cost too much not to work properly.

Sound quality decrease

Apple care performed troubleshooting which did not resolve the issue. I have not used them for over 6 months because the sound quality is awful & unsure which brand to buy to replace them.
