    Bought them in July and they have stopped working already. Have Apple Care + and Best Buy Geek Squad coverage. Made an appointment with a customer service rep. Drove 45 minutes to the appointment, waited an hour, only to be told I should have gotten an email saying their Apple login was down. A WASTE OF TIME AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Then sent me a text saying I missed my appointment… no, they CANCELLED it because their stuff is not working!
