I was able to get replacements after numerous talks with Best Buy and Apple. Took about a month and a half to get a new pair.

No good with Android

The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because my wife gives it 5 with her iPhone. With the Samsung I would take it off pause and sometimes only left came back on, sometimes only the right and sometimes the volume was maxed out.

This might be isolated to mine but you might just want to buy the new model.

Very Short Battery Life

I purchased them to use while I work an 8 hour shift. I was disappointed that something at this price point didn't have a longer battery life. I returned them for that reason

These don't last

At least I bought apple care protection. Hopefully Apple will replace. This is my second pair of AirPods since July 2020. The first pair was AirPod Pros. I had them engraved. The buds stopped taking a charge within a month. I couldn't return for a replacement because I'd had them engraved. (If you have them engraved you have to return them and order another pair from scratch). So I just returned them and ordered a cheaper pair, without the engraving. I figure if these things are going to be cheap and unreliable, I'm not going to bother engraving the case.

Ear buds

I can wear a set of cheapy headphones and those batteries last way longer on the headphones. I use mowing the grass then these do.

they didn't give me the month of apple music
