Pairing problem but good service

Setting-bluetooth-forget device. Then I cannot connect both at all. Recharge. Reset. Nothing works. There is no popup animation. Best buy replace it without any question. The new airpods are so far so good.

Uncomfortable

But too uncomfortable to wear for any length of time. Plan on exchanging them for Pro version which hopefully will be more comfortable.

Skip these - Get Air Pod Pro

Because of that I don't get the best sound. Also prefer the neck lasso so I won't lose one and they stay together but that causes extra work to place them in the charger.

Decent. Expensive for the product’s offering

However, I had multiple instances where the AirPods would automatically adjust itself to max volume after pairing with a new device. Battery life is subpar for the price. I often consider returning them, but these are only buds I can keep in-ear for an extended period of time.

I have protection coverage and should take them in so maybe I will, other than that they’re okay
