I loved them, they were as loud as I wanted and I used them constantly but now they won’t connect to my phone and I only had them for 6 months they’re in perfect condition & just won’t work. I’m hurt about it

Apple missed the mark on their case design. They use magnets to keep the case lid shut. However, if you carry them in you pocket or purse, they will collect any and every piece of whatever the magnets can attract. Keeping them clean is more of a hassle than they are worth I think.
