Great AirPods

I unfortunately lost them but decided to wait until the the pros came out. The AirPod pros were purchased and I disliked them so much I returned them and repurchased the originals. I travel for work so I use them almost everyday . Apple really knocked it out of the park the first time!!

Easy to charge. Easy to store. Easy to lose. I'm not blown away by their quality. Granted, these aren't the Pros, but I feel like these could be better. They're not the best for running/cardio as they do fall out quite easy. If you plan to use them at the gym for just weight training and "stationary" type exercises, you'll be fine. If you need these for walking to the store, work, the park, things of that nature, they're fine. They get the job done.

2nd Gen AirPods

We love how they are so easy to work with and manage. The price was a consideration also and 2nd generation is the way to go.
