Great sound . Initially had trouble with volume. Found out by going into settings and speakers I had put a limit on my volume. Once that was turned off they were great. However I am not a fan of the hard surface but willing to overlook for convenience and sound.

Been using these for over 3 months now, and while I don't use the wireless charging feature (yet), the Airpods are great. They are quick to connect and the sound quality is as expected. I'm using them with an iPhone XS Max. No complaints! Would highly recommend.

Bought these for my daughter , she loves them and the peace that brings me is priceless. High quality sound , what else could you expect !don’t hesitate to purchase these , you will not be disappointed!

I had thought I could get the cheaper knock off headphones, but clearly you get what you pay for. The sound is great, and everyone can hear me. There was some discomfort initially, but overall it's subsided and I can't live without these guys!

Charging case charges ear buds quickly with multiple charges. Sound quality is good, Bluetooth features are great!

I don’t go anywhere without my air buds they are how I prefer to talk on the phone as well as listening to my music or books on tape and pod cast. I use them for just about any thing I do on my phone and now I would not know what to do without my air buds......

Obviously really trendy, but do a lot of things I didn’t know they did. You can use one headphone if you want. But if using two, when you take one out it pauses everything. Don’t hurt my ears after extended use. Charge on my Apple Watch pad when not in use!

This is what my wife wanted, I got the pros but she didn’t like the rubber part. Same shape size as the old headphones so if you liked the fit on those you will be good with these. Plus it charges ur headphones so that’s a plus.

This is my 3rd pair but I love the AirPods charging case. They're so convenient when I travel, have multiple meetings, and just going through my day. I wouldn't dare hold my phone to my ear again LOL

Excellent sound and Bluetooth range, i sat my phone on the front porch and was able to walk around the house and still have connectivity. 50 feet away with house between me and phone

These are definitely worth the money. They sync to your phone very easily. From there, they are automatically synced to your MacBook and other apple devices. Very impressed. I'm going to buy my mother the same ones later this evening.

These are used by my partner at work. He uses one at a time to be sure there’s always one charged up. He really likes how easy they are to operate for phone calls primarily. Best Buy saved $20 compared to what Apple was charging the week we bought them.

I previously had the Bose wireless earbuds and while of course the sound quality can’t be beat, the ease of connectivity with the Apple is hands down worth it. If you have iPhone or IPad, the Apple AirPods are a must!

Not so much a 2nd generation but offers incremental improvements over the 1st gen. Quicker connectivity between paired devices. Wireless charging a plus. Decided to get to replace my original Airpods as they weren’t chamfering as well after daily use over 2 years.

I was truly amazed at the high quality of these ear buds. Vary impressive. I think the cost of these are too high even with great quality. I would recommend these to a friend but I would tell them that they are too expensive.

It’s Apple it’s great I bought these after losing the first gen and they’re better and louder than the first gen! Loved the financing on the Best Buy credit cars too get them if your trying air pods for the first time you’ll love it

Love this item I use it for walking and I can use it for work it’s a very good Apple product I still haven’t figured out how to use everything on them but I still like them a lot I’d recommend them to anybody

Bought as a gift for my wife. She loves it for the quality and ability to walk around while still listening to the music or sound from movies. Daughter got another brand of wireless headset that may have cost a quarter of this but she now wants the AirPods too!

Love love these!! I have two iPhones and I watch, and iMac and an iPad. I have no idea why I waited so long g for these. Super easy to switch between devices and even in and out of my car that has Apple play. My only issue is I waited too long to get a set.
