Excellent for everyday use!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First, I tried the Jabra Elite Active 65t. The friction fit was not comfortable for long periods, and the case was very hard to open. I returned those the same day, and gave in to the Apple overlords. I like these AirPods more than I thought I would. Pros: - If you have ears that these fit well, they are comfortable. - I like that they don’t make a tight seal, so I can hear some ambient noise. Great for walking, so I can hear approaching cars and dogs. - The case is small and easy to carry in your pocket. It’s solidly made, and the magnets make everything click into place well. - Connection with an iPhone or any Apple product is super easy, and the connection is made quickly. Not sure about connecting to other mobile phone brands. - The length of time it stays charged is great and recharging is pretty speedy. - Excellent for phone calls. People who I’m chatting with tell me the sound quality is great. Cons: - The audio quality is good, but will not blow you away. You can’t adjust the sound profile (bass, treble, etc.). These are great for everyday use: music, podcasts, phone calls. True audiophiles won’t be impressed. I go with my Bose around the ear headphones if I really want to hear fuller audio (audiophiles are probably rolling their eyes at my Bose affinity). - Feels like you have to tote the case around with you, because you could easily lose one of these. - Wish they came in black, so I did’t look like another Apple Borg (sigh). Overall, I’m very happy with the ease of use and design. I would buy them again.

Solid Headphones
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. What can be said, the functionality, sound quality, ease of use, battery life all are solid on these headphones. You know going into it they won't have noise cancelling, or transparency mode. But the fit and lightweight feel make it all worth it. I can wear these headphones for hours at a time and forget they are even in my ears. While I wouldn't play basketball in these, they are more then useful when running or working out.

Very good wireless ear buds!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great sound from these very compact earbuds. They fit very nicely in my ears and are comfortable. Super easy to connect with an iPhone. Just open the AirPods case next to an unlocked iPhone and a display pops up showing the battery charge level of both the case and the AirPods. Pairing with a MacBook is a little more work, but just like pairing any other bluetooth device. I have noticed that with Spotify, if you pause the music (which you can do just by taking the AirPods out of your ears) it sometimes reluctant to pick up again when resuming play. It's OK with Apple Music, because you can direct which device you want to output sound to. I did learn that I could have saved myself a bit of money by just getting the non wireless charging case. My charging pad sits at an angle, and of course the AirPods case sits right at the bottom which is out of the "charging zone". If you have a wireless charger that sits flat, the wireless case will work perfectly. If not, save a few bucks and get model without the wireless charging case. The case will recharge the AirPods about 4 or 5 times, before needing recharging itself. That takes less than 2 hours to complete. All in all, very satisfied with this product, and would highly recommend.

Cut the cord!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the Apple AirPods for a long flight to replace the old corded earbuds I had been using. It was such a hassle being tethered to my iPad with the corded earbuds. I am so happy I purchased these! Being cordless, it made for a hassle free inflight entertainment experience. The flight lasted several hours and the AirPods didn’t need to be recharging. The sound was excellent and they were comfortable. I have used them frequently at home for my other devices including my phone. I would never have used the corded earbuds the way I use these. The convenience of the charging case adds the security of being able to recharge the AirPods for several more hours of use without having to find a charging outlet. I do recommend getting the charging case with the AirPods.

If you own a wireless charger, these are perfect!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got these as a Christmas gift, and these are the best headphones I've ever had in my entire life! I also got 2 wireless chargers for Christmas, and when I had them both open, the first thing I did was try them out, and they worked like they were from the future. Also, if you happen to have an Android, or other non - Apple device, you can still use these by holding down the button on the back of the wireless charging case until the LED in the front starts to blink white. I figured this out by pairing them to my Windows 10 Home laptop, and they successfully connected! So basically you can pair them to ANY device as long as it has Bluetooth! Finally, infrequently they may stop playing sound in one, but there is still a way to fix it, and how to do that is to hold down the button behind the wireless charging case until it blinks orange. I'll leave some images below to show you what you get when you buy these, but Apple certainly didn't let me down. Thanks Apple! 9 Awesome Features: 1. Pop up pairing thanks to the H1 chip 2. Ability to track your battery life 3. 5 hours of battery life in one charge 4. More than 24 hours of battery life with the wireless charging case 5. Pairs to non - Apple devices by using Bluetooth 6. Ability to charge with a wireless QI charger. 7. Beautiful LED light in the front of the wireless charging case 8. Knows when they're in your ear or not. 9. Charges really fast by a wireless QI chargers. 1 Way to Improve: 1. Infrequently, one does not play sound and must be reset.

Very Convenient and Good Sound
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice not to have to deal with wired cord. The bluetooth connection distance is amazing. To me the fit in my ear is like the corded version and sound is about the same. Sound quality is good, but not outstanding especially for audiophiles looking for more base. Like the wired earbuds, ambient noise around you is obvious. I like the ability hands free to ask Siri to turn up the volume or physically using my apple watch to manually control volume if I want. Switches between other apple devices immediately! Keep in mind these are not noise canceling headphones. Not the best product for use in highly noise areas; i.e., walking, jogging near roadway with a lot of traffic or noisy gym. I do like the way the wireless case recharges your airbods 4-5 times without requiring to plug in. Very convenient.

Good decent headphones
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: light weight, battery life is excellent especially with the charging case, clear sound, call quality is good Cons: pricey, no noise cancellation, lack deep low end, not water resistant Overall these are good wireless earbuds. No wires is a plus. Sound quality during a call on both ends is good considering the location of the mic. The charging case makes the battery life excellent.

Great earbuds but...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I never thought I would like a pair of wireless headphones until I tried these AirPods. Apple knows how to create a sleek, sexy looking product and these are no exception. The charging pod is small and smooth and fits right into my pocket or bag. Its flip-top is durable and opens/closes easily. I love being able to charge the pod or the pod with the headphones right on my wireless charging pad. The set up could not have been more simple. I opened up the pod, put the headphones in my ears, and clicked on “AirPods” in my Bluetooth settings. Easy! My iPhone recognizes the AirPods the instant they open and a screen pops up immediately notifying me how much charge is remaining on both the pod and headphones. Switching between devices is just as easy and now my iPad recognizes the AirPods immediately as well. The sound quality is great. I have listened to audiobooks, podcasts, and many different styles of music as well as have had phone conversations. The mic picks up my voice clearly as I have not had any complaints from others saying they could not hear or understand me. I am usually walking long distances and carrying bags when I wear these headphones. It is very easy for me to move bags, change shoulders, reach, bend, etc as the headphones stay put pretty well and there are no wires to get caught in! Here are the things I don’t like: 1.) Comfort. I have never been a fan of the old Apple headphones that used to come with (or still do?) the phones and other products. I find them super hard and very irritating to my ears. That said, I, unfortunately, do not find these to be much better in the comfort arena. If you like other Apple headphones then these will be just fine for you. But I feel like they press hard on parts of my ear that much prefer a gummy headphone piece. I have had to take them out after 45 minutes or so of use because I can’t take it any longer. Perhaps I will build up more tolerance, but that is one thing I feel Apple could do better. 2.) There is no volume control on the headphone piece. I know people are excited over Siri voice control, and that’s perhaps a great feature for them, however, I do not like using Siri nor do I plan to ever use her in the future. I would have liked there to be a volume control option by swiping up or down on the headphones themselves. The only touch feature is a fast forward option which is applied by double-tapping the side of one headphone. I don’t need that feature, but would rather a “go back” feature instead. There is also no pause option, however taking one headphone out of your ear pauses automatically. So if you are stopped on the street for directions you can take one side out, tell the tourist which way is north, then easily return to your music or podcast when you put the single headphone back into your ear. Aside from the comfort and volume control issues, which are a big deal, I do still really like these headphones. I find myself using them more and more often as they are much easier than corded headphones and their quality and appearance are excellent. The value for the price is a bit steep, but unfortunately, that is what I expect of Apple nowadays. If the earpieces were dreamy-comfortable and there was a volume feature outside of Siri, the $199 price tag would probably be worth it for me. I (reluctantly) recommend these, especially if you live within the Apple ecosystem.

Great set of headphones!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the original version and love them. I bought a pair of the new pods for my wife! She loves the newer tech and wireless charging. Easy to use and the pod recharges the buds when they are depleted. Also very easy to sync! My daughter stole the original pair so we will be getting another set soon. If you have Apple products, nothing beats these except for actual Beats. If you want a great noise cancel set, with great sound and over the ear version, get the Beats Studio 3. They are the best for the money. For now, get these Pods and you wont be sorry!

||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Theses air pods I got instead of the first gen because of the wireless charging case. I have a new Chevy Colorado and the charging pad in the truck charges up the air pods. It’s good sound, they last a long time and you can track them on find your iPhone app. I can hear people around me pretty good and it works with hey Siri , so you don’t have to use your phone to get commands. It was super easy to pair it to the phone, it literally only took a second. My phone was in close proximity so as soon as you open the air pod case, it connects to it.

Best wireless earphones you can get!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.AirPods are extremely easy to pair up with an iPhone. Just open the case and they show up on your screen. They fit great and don’t fall out at all. Sound is good as well. You can definitely hear more bass than regular EarPods but it also depends on the service (i.e. I have Spotify but Apple Music always sounds better for some reason). The wireless charging case is a plus. No need to mess around with a cable to charge it. Battery is also very good. You can honestly get a couple days of battery life with the case.

Awesome sound quality!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pairs instantly and easily with your iPhone. Great sound quality for music!! Sounds super clear when talking and for the caller. Holds a a decent amount of time on a single charge, just do not leave them out of the charger when you’re not using them...it drains their battery. Your phone will tell you how much battery life you have left. The wireless charging case seems to re-charge the AirPods 3 full times. AND they stay in my ears really well. I’m really enjoying them and very happy with my purchase!

Work great!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have bought quite a few of these for my kids, they love the wireless ones. They work great and sound clear! They are easy to connect. My problem is with my kids forgetting to take them out of their clothes before washing. They do not work right once washed and dried , so check your clothes and make sure they are not in there before putting in wash machine.
