Pretty comfortable and the battery life is good. Call quality is great. They have this weird static that goes off at max volume every couple hours even when they're both in the case. It sounds almost like they're vibrating but when you remove the from the case you can hear the speakers spazzing out. Hopefully a software update will come out to fix this before the speakers are junk. Not really worth the upgrade if you already have a previous pro model

If you’re not using these at this point you’re just trying to prove a point to yourself or someone. THESE ARE THE BEST IN EAR HEADPHONES. PERIOD. Lowest price so far as of this review was $199 and that’s when I purchased them. I do feel like the battery dies faster than prior model but I cannot prove it.

One of the best headphones I have ever had. The noise cancellation is so useful and the sound quality is great. Only thing I dont like, but it can either be me or just earbuds in general, is that when I workout they start to slip out after a while. Probably due to sweat. If you have an iphone and want good headphones I promise you these are amazing.

The are just simply the easiest and best headphones to use if you have an iPhone. The noise cancellation is second to none. I can be on the tractor and talking with no issues! They also work as hearing protection for most things. The battery lasts most of the day that’s the only thing I could think of but hey could be improved upon. Otherwise great!

Definite upgrade over Pro 2. Better fit and with that comes better sound and ANC. Worth it, especially with the trade in value of previous AirPods Pro.

I purchased an Open-Box AirPods unit listed in the best available condition, which I reasonably expected to be either unused or in like-new condition. Unfortunately, it was very obvious that the product had been used before. There were clear signs of prior use that should have prevented it from being graded at this condition level. What makes this more disappointing is that I only saved about $10 compared to buying a brand-new pair. For such a small discount, receiving a clearly used product is not acceptable. I ultimately decided not to go through the hassle of returning it and ordering a replacement, but the experience did not meet expectations. Best Buy should do a better job inspecting and accurately grading open-box products so customers know what they're actually receiving.

love my new ear phones. I love the fact that when I can't find them I can ping them and I can hear where they are. I also love the fact that I can have the headphone set to when I start talking to someone it will lower the background music or noise while I'm talking. I also got my husband some and he love them too. The battery also last for a very long time.

I enjoy the sound of these new AirPods. I would recommend them for the fit and the sound.

The day these droped my AirPod pro 2 had a mic failure. I guess it was ment to be. These are much more comfortable. Sound great. Love the transition feature.
