Love them they are so useful and easy to pare and you can ask Siri anything with out holding your phone.

The product I received was and has been great. I did order/purchase an “excellent” quality open box set of AirPods but the product i received was labeled as “good” quality which was disappointing. Other than this no issues with the product.

I purchased two of these as Christmas gifts for my teenage children. They both were beyond excited to access the new feature features of translation and improve sound. While my son would give this item 5 stars, my daughter was unable to keep this item and we opted for the Airpod Max, given that I was unaware you needed Apple Intelligence to activate the feature of live translation.

Apple AirPods 4 is a great upgrade, very in line with Pro 3, however, non charging case is a bit disappointment. Now I must reply on a new cover care and see if wireless charging problem could be fixed.

They have better microphone and audio than all the other earphones.

Works perfectly. I am only concerned about my before version that had really bad Bluetooth connectivity. Not sure if it was for any IOS update

Christmas present for my wife. She has an older set but these have built in hearing aids. To say the least she loves them and me also. I know have to raise my voice to carry on a conversation with her.

I bought these 9/22/25 and they worked fantastically I had no issues and they were a big improvement overall from my old earbuds. However, the charging case bricked 10/31/25, so just after about one month. Wont charge wont turn on, nothing. I had to get apple support to send me a replacement (they covered costs for me fortunately!) but yeah, they worked great until they just died one day randomly. Maybe wait to buy these until they've been out a bit and manufacturing issues are found and resolved!
