    It’s a good product and works near flawlessly. The only issue I have is that it doesn’t fit snug in my ears even after I change the silicon tips.

    I did a lot of research before purchasing the pro 3s. I have pro 2 and wanted the better noise cancellation and better bass. I got both but I can't keep them in my ears as well as the pro 2s. It's not like they fall out. But the fit of the semi silicone tips has me adjusting them a lot which causes ear fatigue. I might try other tips to see if they fit better. But so far..meh

    connects fine but has trouble staying connected to the bluetooth, sometimes when im in public the bluetooth would disconnect on its own and start blasting whatever i was listening to on full blast which is very annoying
