Received two of these sealed in boxes and sold as new. When trying to connect the one pair, give the following message: "The owner of the item will be able to see its location. You are connecting to an item that's paired to someone else's Apple account P****@gmail.com. Seems to me I was sold a refurbished item, not NEW. Best Buy will not exchange, says I'm out of the return time frame. Will be filing a complaint with the FTC, BBB, and Attorney General.

Not my favorite AirPods, tried changing the ear piece, felt like it was going to rip. I didn’t use them more than one day. Just get wired headphones, way cheaper and if you lose em, just 20 bucks.

They weren't in stock at the store, so I ordered them online for home delivery, but only an empty box arrived without the iPods. I went to the store, and they said they would send replacements, which never arrived. They canceled the order, and when I called to complain, they said that due to their error, the shipment wasn't completed because the system showed that the items had arrived damaged. They told me I needed to return the damaged ones, but I explained that they never arrived, that it was just an empty box, which I had already taken back to the store. They simply told me the order would be canceled.

Very good, only complaint is that it doesn't show battery on android

Its good product but sometimes it doesnt connect properly and starts to give static noise and very distorted signal.

I’ve been using the AirPods Pro 3 for several weeks and they have exceeded my expectations. These AirPods have been amazing for everyday use. The sound quality is clear and well balanced, and the connection is instant every time. The grass is not greener on this side ..keep the previous generation if your focus is comfort and fit. I am not able to even use the translating feature because they don’t fit in my ear. Do not trade in your headphones or AirPods for these. I changed and tried every ear tip to adjust it to my comfort and couldn’t even pass the fit test.

I will admit, I’m a professional Audio engineer and will say these headphones do the job well. The noise cancellation works well with leaf blowing the yard or just wanting to have some me time without distraction. Transparency mode is great to hear others and the silicone tips are comfy. Sounds good, deap bass and all that… just has a weird feeling when you take them out. Tried lots of in-ear buds and these are on par with the price point to quality. I wish they came in black or something because I notice the dirt and it’s not a good pro look. The charge lasts a week of normal use and integrating with an iPhone is best.

These are great pods. They charge quickly and you get about a workday's worth of charge. If you need to use them all day, you'll need to charge them again late afternoon. But they quickly charge so it doesn't take long to recharge. You'll need to buy a separate lightening cable/ plug as one isn't included in the package. Thankfully one of my old phone chargers fit and charged it fine - I did buy a cord/plug subsequently and it charges it even faster and better. The package came with several size ear tips so you can find the ear tip size to fit best. I found the size that worked for me and they fit great. They can also work as hearing aids if you need that function. Whether you think you need it or not, you can opt to take a fairly easy hearing test online to see if you need that function. Of course this doesn't replace doctor visits, but it is a nice test option and might give you a clue if you need to go, but mostly this is a great feature for someone who wears them already. Besides taking the test online, you can also via photo upload a doctor's hearing test findings and have the aids brought up to speed that way. I know from hearing from others, and people I know, that the hearing aid function works great. The noise cancellation function works really well. It's easy to swap between modes either via iphone or through long pressing the stem. The pods occasionally slip a little out of ear canal - but not out all the way- you can try other ear tips sizes to see if that's it. There are also other tips made of other materials available online and that maybe will alleviate the issue. For me I find that sometimes if I have not inserted them correctly it seems to come loose more. I tried swapping tip sizes and found that the size I originally picked out was correct for me, but I discovered through online help tips how to put them in better and it seems to have alleviated most of the slipping issue so now it slips very little. I have never had them slip out all together or anything, but when they slip a little, some modes/functions, like noise cancellation, isn't as great as it should be. But now that I put them in better, the noise cancellation and headphone functions work great. These pods are comfortable to wear, and I don't usually even notice that there. They also can pair up with other non-apple products, like they pair well with Nintendo switch 1, for instance. I highly recommend these air pod pro3.

Not the best experience!!! I ordered an open box and it's registered under someone else email. Now apparently the day has passed to return them.... Apple can't help me remove it even with the receipt! These fake returns hurt people like me. Possibly to report them lost or stolen to get a free pair...You should be ashmed!!!!
