Won't Charge!

The device only worked for about 3 weeks. Sounded great for the short time that they worked. The charger case does not work properly. The case battery will not hold charge. He tried multiple different ways of charging . Best Buy does not allow return after 15 days. This was a lot of money spent on something that is not useable after such a short time. Very disappointed.

Don’t recommend

I regret it a bit as the bose quiet comfort ones are much better quality and sound for not much more in price. At this point the only thing going for these is being compatible with my iphone.

Lemon or Just Not Great

Excessive white noise, more in one ear than the other, and happens inside/outside the house. Need to plan a trip to the Apple store and get them swapped out.
