Battery performance took a step back

Even brand new out of the box, the battery on my 2s, which are now almost more than a year old, lasts longer than my new AirPod 3s. I thought it was supposed to last longer!!

Stolen!!

Best Buy hires third-party delivery carriers and the one they used “Roadie” literally stole the AirPods out of the box and still sealed it up to make it look like everything was fine. When I reported it, Best Buy claimed they did a “thorough investigation” and still denied me a replacement or refund. They then told me to contact my local law enforcement which I did and filed a report the report was approved and I sent them this documentation and they still denied it. I find that completely unacceptable and honestly ridiculous. I’ve been a loyal customer, and to be treated like this after being robbed through their delivery service is unbelievable.

Dissapointed

Noise cancellation despite appearing on my iphone settings does not work I can still hear all the background noise at the gym. :( Also Apple can you not make tinier ear buds for those of us with narrow ear canals
