This is my 3rd pair of Airods and within 2- 3 weeks, no one can hear me when I talk on the phone. Not sure why these are so poorly constructed.

Less than a week of having them and already had to take them to the apple store because the case wouldn’t charge, and when i got to my appointment with apple apparently the purchase date for my airpods is 2 weeks after when i actually bought them which made the whole process take longer because the apple employees had to fix it

Airpods are fine but best buy customer service is poor. Purchased best buy membership the same day I bought these and Best buy is hiding behind the membership was bought minutes later and not honoring a price match of $20. So for $20 they are willing to create badwill instead of using common sense.

Right earbud started malfunctioning after two weeks of use. I’ve tried everything to fix it. Horrible product. Volume and spatial is not great at all. Don’t risk waste 250 bucks on this.

Returned FedEx Lost the package and have been waiting for over a month for a refund. Last time I order anything from Best Buy that's for sure

One of the AirPods Pro 3 I purchased , one earbud is not working after the second day!

EarPods not comfortable when In ears. Battery life and sound quality is also not good.

When the AirPod Pro threes came, I traded my pro twos for the threes and at first I was happy until I tried it in my right ear, sounded like mud, and then one time the volume went so high pitch that my eardrums hurt for a couple months,and in my opinion, I think the pro twos are better than the pro threes and should not buy the pro threes

Makes pulsing high pitched noise randomly, gen 2 is better,

Delayed my package and didn’t get it been two weeks and found out they lost it

Great product yet very expensive i want a chance to buy myself a pair

Left ear bud squeals make a loud high pitched noise not sure why

Not so impressed. I like Pro 2 over new. Noise cancellation is ok.

These are way worse than the gen1 pros. I hear whistling and pinging in noisy places. I tried all the calibration and diff tip sizes and problem persist. This product is not ready for prime time and should be fixed or replaced

Would not charge up, translator needs iPhone 15 and up to work.

Poor sound quality and left ear pod after one hour of listening stopped working.

Worst update ever. Ear piercing feedback. I thought I had a defective pair so I exchanged them and it was just as bad with the second pair. I returned them and got the app2 again. Perfect. Don’t waste your money on the 3…

They definitely hurt my ears and they were too expensive. Still bought, and shouldn’t have

if possible it is better to buy 2 pro gen2. People can't hear me when I'm driving a truck, sometimes it starts hissing, you have to take them out of your ear and put them back in. I'm not happy with the purchase.

I can't get them to pair with my goggle phone so they are not doing me any good I live over one hundred miles away and not able to return them right now
