Removable inserts

I’ve tried small, medium and large ones on the earbud, but none of them really fit securely and snuggly in my ear. That’s my only complaint about the product.

Good, but.....

Does not pair easily with Iphone 16 for some reason. Great sound, and love the option to ehance conversations for those suffering from hearing loss, but expected more.

Concepts better than reality

They both muffle sound and enhance sound. I hear music and videos well but speech not as much. I think they could be made with some kind of foam eat piece.

The charge on the case is also terrible. My aiprods 1st gen lasted longer than these overpriced pieces of plastic. Bose bass was so much better but their connection issues are terrible so airpods it is.
