AirPod case stopped working so I had to go to the Apple Store

I bought these to see if changing the tips would allow them to say in my ear. I still find myself needing to adjust them constantly even when going for a walk.

These were purchased by someone who stole my credit card. The Flen Burnie BB released them without asking for an ID.

They're bulky and not comfortable like older versions. I do like the noise control but other than that I'm not impressed. Should have just kept my olds ones

If you have to have a pair for work (i am on the phone all day long and need them to make calls) dont think your best buy total care will help you out. Even though i love these, the microphone went out in inly 3 month. They are now making me send them into apple care and wait for ever to have them fixed. So, now i either need to spend more money to buy a second pair or not have them for god knows how long. Just buy a different pair or dont count on the total care. Its not as good as it used to be.

I had old ones bf for some reason they worked better then these.. mic is not that good

These air pods are very uncomfortable and had a horrible sound. I have been an air pod user since they came out and have always loved them but the design on these hurt my ears about 5 minutes after having them in. The sound was horrible on my end as well as the callers end. Definitely will be looking for something else. These were returned after 5 days.

It works very well and I’m pleased with service. I also Love the options this product provides in-terms of sound and how it can be controlled

I honestly like my Pro 2 AirPods more then these, these are less comfortable and my left AirPod makes a loud static sound sometimes which hurts so I might have to do a claim to change them soon

Great sound quality with clear highs and deep bass, and the noise cancellation is impressive for everyday use, especially in flights and busy environments. The transparency mode feels natural and is useful when you need awareness without removing them. Comfortable fit and seamless pairing with Apple devices make the overall experience smooth. Battery life is solid for daily use, though the case could hold a bit more charge. Overall, a premium and reliable purchase from Best Buy.

Can still hear outside noise even with noise cancellation and with confirmed good fit. Has had this item for 6 months now, BARELY use it and never had battery drained; however, one earbud does not seem to charge fully and doesn’t get past 80%.

They’re good just not Wow factor. Previously had the 2nd gen , honestly there’s not much of a difference.

The product is great, big upgrade from the 1at pros however the shipping and customer service are awful.

I have owned several airpods, the pros, pro 2 and pro 3 and every single one has lasted about five to six months and they begin to fall apart. Every single time its something with the pods making some loud screeching and popping noise. I loved my airpods in every way, except that. The breaking point is the pro 3 that I have owned since November just stopped working on my deployment. It has been five and a half months. I will never buy these cheaply made pieces of trash again.

The fact i got no charging cord is pretty ridiculus knowing how much they cost

I have owned every set of airpods from gen 1 until the pro 2's and now these one's and I can say these may be the only generation I actually consider returning due to it being a step down at launch. First of all, they don't work with the advertised features on IOS 18.7, requiring a forced update to ios26 to get them to work. Second, when updating there are a miriad of bugs, including but not limited to, screeching noises, poor anc when compared to the 2's, headache inducing pressure, and software bugs galore. When I tried to use find my airpods, they simply wouldn't show up. So I tried hard resetting my airpods, as well as restarting my phone and they would simply not show up. I then went on to disable find my iphone (on my phone) and after re-enabling suddenly the airpods appeared in find my iphone! Great right? WRONG! The play sound button ONLY APPLIED TO THE AIRPODS not to the CASE! This meant that when playing a sound they would play audio INSIDE THE CASE?! WHY?! Functionally find my airpods is useless as a result and I have yet to find a fix. Going back to wearing my airpods pro 2's until these get an update.

ANC is amazing. New gone insert ear tips are uncomfortable.

Purcased as gift, was well received and liked. No complaints
