The sound qualities are great. They disconnect out of the blue and the translation feature does not work correctly.

Love these headphones. Only complaint is the language translation. I wish it had Vietnamese and Korean available

Sounded good. Great ANC. Still no EQ support. Very painful left ear.

The airpods pro are a no brainer if you want a general earbud, very good for calls and music.

Not sure if I got a dud set but sound quality was better on my Airpod pro 2 set. Excessive white noise, more in one ear than the other, and happens inside/outside the house. Need to plan a trip to the Apple store and get them swapped out.

Battery performance on these actually went backwards. Even brand new out of the box, the battery on my 2s, which are now almost more than a year old, lasts longer than my new AirPod 3s. I thought it was supposed to last longer!!

Few problems with the sound at times , airpods will go into a static mode and sometimes on phone calls the other person cant hear me for some odd reason but overall, i love them , cant be beat.

Loving the new features but I wish it had a perfect fit in the ears like the older versions

I’m beyond frustrated with Best Buy. Best Buy hires third-party delivery carriers and the one they used “Roadie” literally stole the AirPods out of the box and still sealed it up to make it look like everything was fine. When I reported it, Best Buy claimed they did a “thorough investigation” and still denied me a replacement or refund. They then told me to contact my local law enforcement which I did and filed a report the report was approved and I sent them this documentation and they still denied it. I find that completely unacceptable and honestly ridiculous. I’ve been a loyal customer, and to be treated like this after being robbed through their delivery service is unbelievable.

I like them, but not as well as the Pro 2...not quite as comfortable

I upgraded thinking this would enhance my workout etc from my previous air pods pro but for me no great improvement. Noise cancellation despite appearing on my iphone settings does not work I can still hear all the background noise at the gym. :( Also Apple can you not make tinier ear buds for those of us with narrow ear canals

They r ok just not good with a air hose around u the EarPods 2 r way better with sounds around you

This airbus they’re pretty good. I wish they have a equalizer to able to make a better sound.

Very nice AirPods…. I can’t say much upgrade from the Pro2s which I had and was very happy with them.

Not much difference from previous ones. They are a bit larger and get stuck and fall off easier.

Price just keep increasing with new version but nothing impressive with sound quality.
