The first thing I noticed was the improved sound quality. The audio is clear with noticeably better bass compared to older AirPods, and features like spatial audio add a more immersive feel when watching videos or listening to music. They also connect instantly to my Apple devices, which makes switching between my phone and laptop seamless. Comfort-wise, they fit better than earlier versions, but since they don’t have adjustable ear tips, the fit may not be perfect for everyone. For me, they stay in place during normal use, but I wouldn’t rely on them for intense workouts. Battery life has been reliable—I can get through most of the day with regular use, and the charging case makes it easy to top them off quickly. I also like the sweat and water resistance, which adds some peace of mind.
