    The ear pods are great, the sales person was very helpful with the return/exchange of the first pair of pods that looked to be an 'open box" which is not what we purchased. The process was easy and smooth for the new ear pods and I picked up the new ear pods about a week later.

    Replace a pair of first generation Airpod pros. The difference is palpable from the start. Better sound quality and all the new features like translation, and hearing assistance are truly amazing.
