I bought a pair of Apple AirPods and the right one worked intermittently; Best Buy didn’t blink and replaced them immediately. I also bought a Samsung TV in late November, it did not fit the space and Best Buy replaced it by dropping off the new one and picking up the old one. I can’t say enough about the great service.

I am very happy with this purchase. I had been looking for a set of new AirPod Pros, but wasn't ready to go full price. These open box ones are perfect and awesome.

Best AirPods yet. I have owned them 3 weeks and already have used the translation feature. It gets loud at my house when family comes over. These allow me to stay present and not get overwhelmed. My daughter has some hearing loss and they have helped her too as they serve as basic hearing aids.

As a diehard Pro 2 owner, I was so excited to try the new 3rd gen and pre-ordered immediately . I unboxed and the first thing I noticed was the size of the case and the new pod shape. First off, the case is quite a bit larger than the Pro 2s. It feels less sleek than the Pro 2s, both due to the material and the increased size, but whatever, the pods matter most right? So I started listening and had some mixed emotions right off the bat. These do have a bit of a “wow factor” when you first begin listening. The bass is booming and the highs are crispy. It’s pretty amazing what Apple achieved in just small wireless buds. The overall soundstage is wider than the Pro 2s as well which is a huge positive. But after just 5 minutes I grabbed my Pro 2s again for a direct comparison, and I realized the Pro 2s sound much more natural. While the 2s have a very balanced sound signature, the 3s feel so artificial. It feels like Apple just made some very minor improvements and then boosted the bass and treble by 25%. That leaves the mids completely undercooked in mix and just makes the music sound fake. I was just so disappointed. It was also around this time that I noticed my ears were hurting. Not from volume, but the actual tips hurt my ear just after 10 minutes or so. It didn’t matter which tip size I tried either, the xxs-L all were extremely uncomfortable. These pods sit further in your ear and just do not work for me. So overall I’d sum up the pros and cons as: Pros - Wider soundstage, battery life Cons - Cheaper case, poor fit (will vary for each person), v-shaped sound with no EQ This is the first Apple product I’ve ever returned and I’m planning to pick up another set of Pro2s in the future. They are the gold standard.
