Odd tinny sound in noise cancellation mode.

Unfortunately this version has not impressed me and my main concern is that in noise cancellation mode they have an odd tinny sound. It maybe my ear canal shape or size but I experimented with every ear tip size and the tinny background sound never went away. Also if I touch them in noise cancellation mode a high pitched squeal comes through as well and it is really annoying.
