They are great, but they are the same as the prior generation.

Switching from the AirPod Pro 1 to these was a waste of money. Yes, they sound great, but the sound canceling is not at all worth the hype. The new shape does not fit my ears. I'm sure this could be a small number of people, but it might be you too! When I smile, they pop out of my ears, no matter which of the five sizes of the ear tips I use. I am retuning these and getting the Airpod Pro 2.

Noticeably better than the first generation AirPods Pro.

I never write reviews but Best Buy convinced me to. We purchased Air Pods as a gift for our child, and after ordering them found out someone else already planned the same gift. Best Buy advertises that items can be returned until January 15th. I've been attempting to start the return online for weeks but their system shows that the the package wasn't delivered so it won't allow a return. Fedex delivered the package on December 17th and their tracking number says so, and even has a photo of the package by my door. I finally got ahold of a Best Buy representative on the phone and she told me that I have to call FedEx and ask them to "mark delivered." I reluctantly called Fedex and they tlod me exactly what I expected, the package is "marked delivered" in their system. I spoke to a Best Buy supervisor and she told me there is a "glitch" in their system and she is unable to process a return. Her only option for me was to return the air pods in person at a brick and morter. When I tried to explain that is not an option because the closest store is 150 miles away she told me that she did all she can do and hung up on me. I'm curious how many others this has happened to and if it's an intentional scam? I'll never do busy with this company again.

Its good! Indeed I found it to be quite an enjoyment.

First time I’ve been completely disappointed with an Apple product. Terrible digital white noise in transparency mode. My ears were ringing after listening to the news after 30 minutes. Very disappointed as the APP 1’s were incredible in transparency mode. I will say that music is a huge improvement compared to APP 1 (which were a bit disappointing in that regard). Ultimately I returned these and bought the APP 2’s which do not have the harsh digital noise.

It started to have issue to pair with my phone, iPhone 15 plus, don’t know why but it shows connected but the audio comes from the phone not sure why

Can still hear outside noise even with noise cancellation and with confirmed good fit. Has had this item for 6 months now, BARELY use it and never had battery drained; however, one earbud does not seem to charge fully and doesn’t get past 80%.

The only reason I waste my time and money on these is to keep in the Apple network for simplicity. They’re so unbelievably quiet compared to everything else I’ve had, I default to 95% volume for normal listening compared to about 60% for Samsungs offering. I swear the volume gets quieter every generation. The ANC however is fantastic, spacial audio is a cool party trick, and the transparency is decent. Find My actually working is a solid plus too.

I was extremely excited about to try these out and use the new translation feature but they seem to have rushed the product. They seem to have manufacturers defects and dont work as they should sometimes. I planned to return them to apple

I really had my hopes up but the sound isn’t that great and the hearing aid cuts in and out a lot. Thought it was just mine but I’ve heard this from others. Almost wish I had just some cheap Bluetooth headphones

Although I loved the noise cancellation, this version was awful. The AirPods fall out constantly while working out. They get a very loud noise that sounds like a fan and they kept disconnecting from my phone all through use. I had to return them. Not sure what to get now but I would not recommend these at all

I am usually a fan of airpods and was excited for all the capabilities but just the shape of the airpods. I have used bose and apple over ear headphones and the noise cancellation is top teir I would rank this 6/10. I have returned them. Not excited.

If you have to have a pair for work (i am on the phone all day long and need them to make calls) dont think your best buy total care will help you out. Even though i love these, the microphone went out in inly 3 month. They are now making me send them into apple care and wait for ever to have them fixed. So, now i either need to spend more money to buy a second pair or not have them for god knows how long. Just buy a different pair or dont count on the total care. Its not as good as it used to be.

Wokrs okay, but I dont like the positioning of the speaker stud on this version. I had the original air pod pros and the speaker stud was more forward facing. This one is more on the side and doesnt fit into my ear as well.

I bought these to see if changing the tips would allow them to say in my ear. I still find myself needing to adjust them constantly even when going for a walk.

Sounds a bit brassy and too large for small ears. Doesn’t allow for much distance from source. Beware of the “price match”, it wasn’t followed. Battery life isn’t as advertised. If found better on Amazon for less than $50.

I bought headphones and I got home and they were connected to another persons Apple account. I brought them back and returned them and they charged me an extra $40 to get new ones, didnt honor the sale I got when i got the first pair. They told me to reach out to customer service. When I emailed customer service they told me I had to call them to handle it after writing a detailed email asking for a solution. The way it was handled was horrible and I lost $47 and $40 in gas money dealing with it without a solution.

I wish I just bought another pair of the pro 2’s. I feel like the pro 3’s are a bit of a downgrade when it comes to noise cancelation and transparency mode.
