Not a fan of the pro 3, returning for the pro 2, these have nothing special and you pay more. I don't like the tips either with the new foam

Love the earbuds but mine were missing the medium size even though I got open box “excellent” which should not have anything missing in it.

Live the noise cancellation and the adaptive heating features. But battery life is horrible.

They are not as comfortable as the previous generation unfortunately. I had high hopes for these, but they just don’t mold to your face like previous versions.

For the price, I think they should sound better; there are cheaper options of the same quality.

Product quality is not as expected. Purchased these for my teenager. After almost 2 months they aren’t charging properly and the case is overheating while charging.

It stopped working after 1 month. Delivered on Nov. 21. I cannot charge them now, Dec. 23.

Although the product was very good for sound quality and function. We bought this September 24, 2025. The device only worked 31 days. The charger case does not fuction. The case battery will not hold charge. We tried wired and wireless charging . Best Buy does not allow return after 15 days. Apple ended coverage October 17. We spent alot of money for so little functional time.

Sound ok but no matter what size tip or angle I can not get them to fit comfortably/securely. I gave them to my son.

These headphones are HORRIBLE. I was really excited to upgrade from the AirPods Pro 2 (which I loved) only to be incredibly disappointed when I purchased the AirPods Pro 3. The sound quality somehow got worse. Instead of it feeling like a concert in your ears, it feels like you’re underwater and the sound is completely muffled. Also, the noise cancellation is nonexistent. I could still hear everything around me even with the feature turned on. Along with the “upgraded” headphones they redesigned how the buds go into your ear and even using the smallest (xxs) ear tips the headphones would not stay in my ears. I had to shove them as far as they could go into my ears to get them to stay and even that wasn’t enough. Honestly, these headphones were a big disappointment and for the price point, not worth it. These have since been returned and I will be sticking with my AirPods Pro 2.

downgrade from the air pod 2 in terms of sound quality. the anc is top notch and better though

Hav been using them from 3 months. They are pain in the ear. Bad design. Now i am buying pro 2 again and wasted lot of money.

AirPods were great but a month later it completely stopped connecting to the phone, had to replace right away

Bought for the translation feature… not as easy as I thought it would be..

Already having issues with noise canceling not sure about these.

I ordered my new pair of airpods with my upgraded phone and i experienced sound issues since day one. Got told nothing was wrong or that i had to send them in. When i took them to another best buy they said my serial numbers didnt match my purchases or box and that i was sold fake airpods and there was nothing that could be done but to contact corporate. Horrible experience.

Works great with my phone, but when trying to use with my kindle, there is no sound.

I received a defective earbuds case . And the customer service didn’t help . Why offered a pre owned item if is not certified was confirmed

This airpods Keep falling out. I tried all the sizes that comes with it, nothing works .i use it for my work out.
