I liked them at first, but I kept getting a bad feedback loop in my right ear whenever I engaged ANC. I heard this was due to bad fit of the foam ear piece, so I tried the other sizes, but that didn't do anything. I exchanged for a new pair and the problem wasn't there, so I assumed I got a lemon. Unfortunately a few weeks later the problem came back, so I just returned them. It's a shame, I've had the other iterations of air pods and loved them.

Honestly, not even that great if you have the AirPod Pro two it’s the same thing.

I had to re order these twice cause the first time they didnt show up then i had to wait threw a whole 3 day process for another one

I wanted to review this item for the sole purpose of letting customers know that best buy let someone use my stolen credit card info online to make 2 seperate purchases of this item...without verifying email or address or account...the theif ordered them and had them delivered via door dash ...please beware having a best buy account !!! Best buy still has not returned email or phone call to discuss this security breach... Dont have any opinion on the product itself as i did not recieve them

Best Buy Gave me a bad pair case stopped working within 2 weeks and apple sent me to megabytes to repair them and they’ve been holding them for a month no updates I’m getting them back but apple haven’t even started shipping them back I have 4 days to return them which i thought i had 14 days turns out I have 60 no one said anything about that and guess what they are still broken they’ve had them for longer than I’ve used them

I purchased a pair of these and within 4 days the case stopped working completely with no signs of life. I contacted apple and they said I can pay to have it shipped in to look at. I obviously told them no as I just bought them so I exchanged them for a new pair at Best Buy and again same issue the very next day with the second set. There are tons of people online saying the same thing and it is ridiculous apple let them go through quality control like this.

I'm sure the AirPods are great, I wouldn't know because they didn't get delivered. We received an empty box from best buy, when I brought this to the local stores attention, they advised I purchase another pair in store and they would get me a refund for the original pair. 7 weeks later and 2 promises of a refund later, I am told the request is declined, no further explanation. Buyer beware, whether a best buy warehouse or postal service employee is a thief, you as the customer won't be taken care of

I really don’t like these pods. They constantly fall out of my ears when I bend over. They are heavier in my ear and I would not recommend. I’ll think twice before buying a new pair in the future.

Battery life is very bad, does not hold the charge

Don’t waste your money if you have the previous generation AirPod Pro. I just missed the window to return them and I’m livid. I’ve tried every combination of ear tips and these are the poorest fitted AirPods I’ve have (I had them all). Add to it the sonic quality of an entry level earbud, muddled Mids, no separation, and no dynamics. I’m going to try to sell them now. Any takers?

Is not good working and failing whit trade to charge

They had a scratchy noise when listening. Tried to return them for exchange and Best Buy had none in stock. Still waiting

Returned FedEx Lost the package and have been waiting for over a month for a refund. Last time I order anything from Best Buy that's for sure

Sounded great with Apple phone. Unfortunately it would not connect to wife's new Windows computer and neither would a second new one that we tried. Very disappointed.

Worked great for about a month and then the case became unresponsive and will not charge. Apple will not exchange them because they were purchased from Best Buy, Best Buy will not exchange them because it’s beyond 2 weeks. Apple said I could send them off but they’ll charge me to fix them even though I have Apple care and the technician at Apple already said it’s a defective case. Don’t waste your money. It seems Apple is having a lot of issues with the cases on different threads.

The new AirPods are great, but I bought them from Target since Best Buy couldn’t get their act together to have my item delivered. Very sad that it’s abundantly clear that Best Buy doesn’t care about its customers nor my piddly $250 purchase. It’s very unfortunate and surprising that Best Buy has such terrible service when there are so many better alternatives from where someone can buy some AirPods. Funny, Target was able to take my online order and have it fulfilled in just an hour. Save yourself the trouble and buy from another store because Best Buy doesn’t care about YOU, the customer.

MY INFORMATION WAS STOLEN AND USED TO MAKE THIS PURCHASE. BESTBUY DIES NOT CHECK IDS WHEN GIVING ITEMS AWAY. I will literally never shop at Best Buy again. There’s no way to contact the actual store to talk to anyone and I can’t delete my old account m, thankfully it doesn’t have updated payment information on it now.

Right earbud started malfunctioning after two weeks of use. I’ve tried everything to fix it. Horrible product. Volume and spatial is not great at all. Don’t risk waste 250 bucks on this.

2 weeks into having them the case stopped charging. I’m waiting for a replacement and it’s been a week with still nothing
