Does what it should

The only problem I had may or may not be related to the unit itself. When doing automatic backups on my desktop, it would do full back ups every few days because the verifications got messed up. Solved that problem by doing the backups manually and no problem since.

Backup Of My Computer Automatically

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not only does it provide a great wifi network but it also backup of my computer automatically. I set up the backup when I purchased the product and now whenever am home with my laptop on it automatically runs a backup. I never have to worry about not having a recent backup.

Installed quickly

I never had a problem with the original and decided to go with the time capsule again. It handles my back of for may laptop, desktop IMAX and PC with no problems. Just plugged it in and it connected quickly with no problems.

Pricey, but works great, and plug and play
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I replaced an older Apple Airport with this unit. the older Airport had 2.4GHZ and 5 GHZ channels, which I could never connect the the 5 GHZ channel. With this new Airport time capsule, I can connect to the 5GHZ channel, and it is super fast or downloads. This was very easy to setup and use. It took 5 minute total to complete the setup.

Easy Backup Solution

The interface is very easy to deal with and the fact I can have all of my devices backup automatically, either wirelessly or wired is a dream come true. I've tried other options that were challenging and inconsistent with their results.

Awesome lasting performance

I purchased this one because the technology has improved, not because my old one stopped working. The price is high but when you get 10 years of unflinching service, it is well worth it. GREAT JOB AGAIN APPLE, YOU BLOW AWAY EVERYONE ELSE WITH YOUR QUALITY!

Expensive but worth it in the long run!

Once powered on their MacBook detected the wifi connection and the configuration wizard started. All you have to do is answer the simple questions and fill in the blanks.
