Good quality but you have to be within certain range to track where your item is, disappointed

It stopped working connecting to Find My on my phone and watch. Hopefully I'm going back to Best Buy to see if they can help me.

The air tags themselves are great. However, what I didn't like at all is that they can't be used for what one "loses" most often, like the AirPods case or glasses. There is no way to attach them.

Great Apple design and look. If you are looking for real time tracking of your item, this isn't it... too much of a delay. If you are just looking to locate an item, it will meet your needs.

I got these for my kids they can’t even go as far as the front yard and it loses signal you’re not very good to keep track

Amazing tag. Notifies easily on the Apple Watch. Compatible with I phone.

I think this item is is great, especially if you forget your keys. However my battery died within two weeks and I can get it to open to replace the battery. However I still highly recommend!

Not worth it. The range is terrible and it notifies everyone that has the app of your location if they’re in range. Creepy. However if you want it to find keys in the house I’m sure it would be great but leave it in the garage if you don’t want to be annoyed lol waste. Sooooo many better products avail

It is not connecting other iPhones that easily. Buy it if you just lose staff at your house.

At the 8 month mark I couldn’t find my keys. I was shocked to realize not a single one of the 4 air tags I thought were connected to my phone were discoverable. Set up after purchase, at some point they disappeared completely. This is a reported bug with updates, however there was zero warning. Who knows how long I’ve thought my things were protected when they weren’t. Highly recommend dbl checking your tags on your phone before realizing it once it’s too late. This is the first bad experience I’ve had with an Apple product. I plan to visit the Apple Store tomorrow. Even if I reconnect, they will no longer feel reliable. Kind of a waste.

Now i could easily find my important bag or things nearby or let me know if i have left them somewhere

Frankly, I haven't found it all that useful. Even managed to lose a couple!

Really good product that of course seamlessly links with everything Apple. Doesn’t have a built in GPS so it shows you the location of anything when there’s another iPhone nearby. If you’re in crowded areas it’s not that much of an issue.

These work great and give you peace of mind. I once left home without my wallet w/ AirTag at home unintentionally, and I was notified by the time I got to the end of my block. And finding lost keys is no challenge for this awesome device.

The airtag for the most part workrs as described but there are issues with the locations updating on the app itself.

It has limited effectiveness. At times inaccurate location, difficult to locate

Pretty cool product for the pricepoint, especially considering Apple. I like the ping device feature.

I bought the open box excellent AirTags. When I tried setting them up, two were dead. I went to buy new batteries for those two and one of the AirTags that were dead were already attached to another Apple ID. Customer support was not helpful at all throughout this whole process. I ended up reaching out to Apple for help because the Best Buy support was useless. Will not buy Apple products from Best Buy moving forward.

Not worth it, They also keep notifying your friends while you are travel with that the air tags are there

Just ok, it only lets you know where something is every 15 to 20 minutes, that sucks! So if you are tracking a backpack or an animal it will tell you where it is but be patient.
