After speaking with Apple, the issues untimely seems to be with my family cloud plan. I’m unable to pair any AirTag bc I already have AirPod pros connected, as well as one other person in my family. This had made it impossible for me to use these and Apple was not able to resolve my issue. The worst part is that I can no longer return these back to Best Buy as I’ve passed the “return by” date—total bummer!! It’s worth making the purchase from Apple directly in case you also encounter the same issue I was having, that way you’re able to either get a brand new set or simply just return them and get your money back or store credit.
