Happy AirTags worked

I placed one in my checked in my checked in Luggage and as soon as I left the counter, I got a notification that I left my luggage at the check in counter. And as I walked away, I also see the tracker moving further away. And it kept notifying me until I stopped it. I didn’t comment on quality as I don’t know how long it would last.

Not very functional

We was suckered in by a story about tracking luggage atriums the globe, and bought several for our next international trip. They mostly didn't work. We couldn't track our luggage without significant delay or incorrect locations. Not sure we'll ever get any value out of these.

It sounds like the sound is coming from everywhere which makes it difficult to find.

I can use the Find My iPhone app and it shows it on the map. Been having issues not being able to find unless its within wifi range. The noise it makes to locate it pretty faint. I have to make sure no other noise is on in the house at all and hopefully its not under a blanket or anything else.
